Helen J was at Grant Park. Here in Dryden, Simon reports that we went 2-to-1 for all the Democratic candidates. Astonishing. I feel layers of curmudgeon peeling away. . . .
LATER: Simon points out that only Obama was 2-to-1; the others were 3-to-2. DZ states that for the first time ever, including when native son FDR ran, Dutchess County went Democratic.

Whoops - it wasn't _all_ the Democratic candidates. Obama was 2-1, the rest were mostly 3-2.
I need to be more awake when writing even happy messages.
Hamilton County, home to Cincinnati, seems to have gone for Obama -- an astonishing fact if it holds (many vote counting problems). Good thing we moved here to help tip it....
Congrats to the folks on the ground such as you who worked so hard, KAZ. You're the ones who made it happen.
