Unless I'm misreading the numbers (which is entirely possible), it appears that Dryden falls far below the average in numbers of Hispanic and other minorities, yet way above in numbers who do not speak English at home. What language are they speaking?
I think you are misreading them--we're a little over 6% in languages spoken at home compared to in the teens for the general population. The most common foreign language in the area, I believe, is Ukrainian/Russian.
