Dryden Decision

Dryden won the appeal vs. Norse Energy. The court found, as the lower court had, that towns may decide what industries to allow. One more step, if Norse goes through with it.

very nice posting, but for those of us who are forced to read this kind of excessive verbiage on a regular basis for our jobs, would it have been too much trouble to summarize the result in a single line? I won't do it for fun.
